Robert Gordon, CEO at Hitachi Capital, said it was delighted to strengthen the board with experienced leaders from the financial sector.

“The range of expertise they bring from careers at some of the world’s biggest companies will be invaluable to Hitachi Capital as the company continues to grow.

“We’re looking forward to their contribution in terms of leadership, governance and strategic insight over the coming years.

“The non-executive directors bring a number of different interests and experiences outside of their professional careers, too.”
