Elysium reveals new branding and website

Elysium Bridging has announced the launch of its new website and branding.

The bridging lender – which launched last year – has created a new, easier-to-navigate website to help simplify the user experience.

Alongside the new site, Elysium has also revealed a new logo and branding.

Paul Gammond, CEO at Elysium Bridging, said: “We decided some months back to upgrade our overall branding and look and wanted a new website that was simple to use and easy to navigate.”

Leigh Goodman, director at Elysium Bridging, explained that the lender felt its original branding was not appropriate for its core message.

“We want to be seen as a reliable and trustworthy principal lender; a lender offering simple products priced reasonably that our clients and brokers alike can understand and trust on us to deliver.”

Leigh added that the new website could be navigated in under a minute and that it currently only offered two specific products.

“We have deliberately kept it nice and simple and, perhaps more importantly, realistic in terms of what we can offer.

“In this highly competitive sector, we believe that reliability and simplicity are worth far more than making silly promises on either the LTV or rates that may be obtained.”

Elysium will be airing its views on the industry each week through its website’s new blogging feature.

It also has a new quick loan application page that can be completed in under a minute.

Paul added: “I am delighted with the finished product and it will allow both our brokers and customers alike to easily see who we are and what we provide.”

Earlier this month, Elysium completed its largest bridging loan so far in less than five days.

The principal lender reported in December 2017 that it was aiming to more than treble its loan book over the following 12 months.
