Former Hampshire Trust Bank commercial lending manager Kim McGinley (pictured above) launched the brokerage with the aim of adding real value to its clients and to get their cases completed as quickly and seamlessly as possible.
Kim formerly worked as a loan manager at InterBay Commercial before leaving to assist in setting up the specialist team at Hampshire Trust Bank and then departing at the end of March to create her own brokerage.
VIBE Finance – which works with a wide panel of lenders – covers buy-to-let, commercial, semi-commercial, HMOs and student lets, and also sources funding options for both term and short-term finance, including bridging, development, refurbishment and auction purchases.

While the team currently consists of just Kim at the moment, she hopes to build a team over the next six to 12 months.
“After months of careful planning and designing the branding, I’m proud and excited to finally launch VIBE Finance, a fresh and innovative mortgage brokerage.
“Having worked in the specialist mortgage industry over the last 10 years, experience has taught me the need for a slightly different approach to fulfil clients’ needs and expectations.
“We have some big plans to be a real player in the broker market and we cannot wait to work with our clients and introducers who will be a key factor in taking us forwards.”
Vibe Finance works with direct clients and is looking to build long-term business relationships with its introducers.
