FIBA adds Interbridge Loans to panel

Interbridge Loans has become the latest lender to join the Financial Intermediary & Broker Association’s (FIBA) panel.

The lender – which entered the bridging market earlier this month – is a specialist provider of bridging loans from £200,000-£5m for a term of up to 12 months and heavy refurbishment loans up to 24 months.

Adam Tyler, executive chairman at FIBA (pictured above), added: “As new lenders enter the market, we feel that it is extremely important that we are able to introduce them to [brokers] exclusively as partners of FIBA first.

“I have made it a priority to be able to offer a lender panel with a very wide range of options in the specialist property finance market, and I am absolutely delighted to introduce Interbridge Loans as the latest lender to join our panel.”

Sven Peter, CEO and founder of Interbridge Financial Group, added: “We want to work with those who are genuinely positive about our lending proposition and who are looking for solutions and reliable funding.

“Since our principal funding has significant shareholder money attached to it, we can make non-conventional deals happen.

“I am convinced that there is a natural place for Interbridge Loans to succeed in UK bridging.”
Last month, Octane Capital signed up to FIBA
