Charissa joins the specialist lender from Together, where she was a business development manager covering the North West.
She has over 17 years of experience having also worked at Tenet Group, where she formed strong relationships with brokers, supporting them with their business growth and development.
In her new role, Charissa will be part of Castle Trust’s sales team and look to support its growing presence across the North, ranging from the North West across to Yorkshire.

“The increasing demand from landlords for specialist buy-to-let investments – such as HMOs, multi-unit lets and holiday lets – is nationwide and we are growing the number of brokers we work with in the North of England,” said Marcus Dussard, sales director at Castle Trust.
