Cloudscraper strengthens advisory board

Cloudscraper Exchange has appointed Juergen Fenk (pictured above) to the Cloudscraper German advisory board.

His appointment represents another milestone in the global real estate trading and communication platform’s mission to build a global real estate platform to serve all market participants.

Juergen is joint CEO at real estate investor SIGNA Holding and serves on the SIGNA Group executive board.

He has been a member of the executive board since October 2017.

At SIGNA, he focuses primarily on banking, capital markets and capital sourcing for the group and is also responsible for establishing the group’s new debt fund and insurance business units.

Juergen is also the chairman of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Europe and serves on ULI’s global board of directors.

Moses Gottlieb, CEO and chairman at Cloudscraper, said that he was excited that Juergen had joined its advisory board and looked forward to leveraging his invaluable insight.

“Juergen brings with him extensive experience in the areas of property, banking and capital markets.

“Cloudscraper’s mission is to reduce transaction times from months to days, which [will] no doubt have a tremendous impact on commercial real estate economics.

“Juergen will add tremendous perspective to how the Cloudscraper Exchange can better serve the institutional real estate market on a global basis.”

Juergen added: “I am thrilled to join the Cloudscraper advisory board and be involved with an organisation revolutionising the commercial real estate space and which could have [a] major effect in the way assets will be bought, sold and financed.

“My years of experience in real estate have been typified by frustrations with the existing workflows.

“Technology is changing the way lenders and real estate investors operate and I am grateful for the opportunity [I have to] provide my input and help the Cloudscraper Exchange create standards which will benefit all participants of the entire commercial real estate industry.”
