Regulated lending tops Knowledge Bank's bridging search

Regulated bridging was the most searched for bridging criteria on the Knowledge Bank platform during November.

Knowledge Bank’s criteria activity tracker found that maximum LTV for bridging, maximum loan-to-cost for development bridging, maximum borrowing and minimum borrowing made up the rest of the top five searched for bridging criteria.

Elsewhere, semi-commercial properties has been revealed as the most searched for commercial criteria on the Knowledge Bank platform.

Maximum loan to value, commercial investment mortgages, commercial owner-occupier and planning permissions completed the top five searched for commercial criteria.

Nicola Firth, CEO at Knowledge Bank (pictured above), said: “As you can see from this month’s activity tracker, although some searches remain popular from month to month, new search topics are regularly breaking into the top five.

“This is partly due to ever-changing and complex borrower requirements and also as a result of product innovation from lenders that opens up borrowing opportunities.

“With this constant change it’s crucial that brokers use the tools at their disposal to make their advice process even more focused and productive.”
