Vatbridge expands in-house marketing team

VATBRIDGE has strengthened its in-house marketing team with the appointment of Sarah Terry, who will now lead the division.

The specialist lender announced that it had increased its team in recent months and planned to grow further in 2019 to support the launch of new products to the market.

Vincent Bull, managing director at VATBRIDGE, said: “In order to support the marketing team, we have dedicated resources – both financial and staff – to ensure we get our message out across a wide range of platforms and media.

“It is important that we support our brand by taking advantage of the opportunities that new technology presents as well as ensuring we maintain a strong presence via more traditional forms of marketing, including printed media and exhibitions.

“We understand that our target audience needs to be able to find us through as many channels as possible and we will continue to look at innovative ways to get our message out there.”

Vincent said that one of the key benefits of having its own internal marketing team was that it could reach out to its introducer base to build new relationships and maintain existing ones.

“We are able to get information about new products into the market quickly and then respond to questions and deal with enquiries rapidly and consistently.

“Response times remain critical to a successful business, perhaps even more so given the pace of activity these days and the expectations of the market.

“We have certainly seen a consistent growth in conversion rates which we attribute to always having a member of the team available to chat through options and answer queries.”
