The range includes a day one BTL remortgage two-year discount product at 3.29% (variable), available up to 75% LTV for a maximum loan of £500,000.

A two-year residential remortgage product is also available at 3.29% (variable), up to 90% LTV, with a maximum loan of £500,000.

Loans of up to £1m are available up to 80% LTV.
