HMO enters top five BTL searches on Knowledge Bank

For the first time, houses in multiple occupation (HMO) has broken into the top five of Knowledge Bank's criteria activity tracker.

Despite featuring in the top 10 many times since the index began in July 2018, HMO had not been one of the top five searches until last month when it reached fourth position in the buy-to-let category.

Regulated bridging remained top of the bridging category, with adverse credit rising from fifth to second since last month.

In the commercial category, maximum LTV held on to the top spot.
