Lendhub announces rebrand

Lendhub has revamped its brand in a bid to reflect its fresh approach as a business.

The specialist bridging and development finance provider claimed that, as a lender in a competitive market, it was important to let people know what it was about.

As part of the brand refresh, it has updated its documents by making them more visually appealing and also streamlining them so that they are easy to read and understand.

Lendhub is set to launch its new website in May, which will include a game to help build ‘Lendhub Town’.

Christopher Adamou, managing director at Lendhub (pictured above), said: “As the company has grown, so has its personality and working style.

“Brokers who work with us will know our approach is relaxed, but also quick to find a solution — we love a challenge and have fun along the way.

“We haven’t totally changed, though.

“After receiving many compliments on our SimCity-style Lendhub Town, we thought it best to incorporate it into our new brand.”

Lendhub is also set to release its new broker portal to the market in Q2.

This will allow brokers to:

  • submit new enquiries and new applications
  • review and accept DIPs and head of terms
  • send applications directly to clients for signature
  • view and manage all enquiries and applications
  • request redemption statements

Lendhub is also running an Easter competition called Find Splodge, where Splodge is the lender’s logo which will be hidden in an Easter picture.

Entrants must send in the correct grid number of where the character is, with the winner receiving eggs for their office.
