The limited time offer will be available on standard property cases up to 75% LTV and up to £250,000.

Products are offered at an interest rate of 3.60%, with the interest cover ratio (ICR) calculated at the pay rate, or at an interest rate of 3.49% with the ICR calculated at 5%.

These products will both have zero product fee.

The lender has also reduced rates on its 80% LTV cases, with two-year fixed rates now available at 3.59% and a five-year fixed rate at 3.69%, however, both have a 1% product fee.

Free title insurance will now be available on remortgage cases to streamline the loan completion process.
