Keystone launches API integration with Twenty7Tec

Keystone Property Finance has launched a full API integration with Twenty7Tec’s application submission system, Mortgage Apply.

The integration enables all of Mortgage Advice Bureau’s (MAB) brokers to submit both an AIP and full application directly to the specialist lender.

Brokers won’t have to rekey client information and will be able to track and update any submitted application through the Mortgage Apply.

“This has been an exciting project for us and one we hope will have a great benefit for our brokers,” said David Whittaker, CEO at Keystone Property Finance (pictured above).

Phil Bailey, sales and marketing director at Twenty7Tec, added: “This link is all about the intermediary, removing much of the heavy lifting, rekey of data and adding efficiencies.

“With more and more lenders committing to MortgageApply, 2019 is fast becoming the connected world everyone has been waiting for.”

Peter Brodnicki, CEO at Mortgage Advice Bureau, described the use of technology to enhance the customer and broker experience as a “priority” for MAB.
