The specialist mortgage broker has moved to Daedalus Park, Lee-on-the-Solent, and also appointed Beth Clayton and Nicola Kelly as case managers.
VIBE now has space for another three members of staff, in addition to the new employees.
Beth has previous experience of both high street and sub-prime lending, having worked for a number of mortgage lenders.
Beth said: “I am thrilled to be part of the VIBE team and love the relationships I have already built with my colleagues, clients and the lenders.

Nicola joins with a background in financial services, having worked for a high street bank for 12 years.
Nicola added: “I am excited to have now been given the opportunity to work for VIBE and alongside Kim, whose ethos is for the client’s experience to be the best it can possibly be from start to finish.”
Kim McGinley, director at VIBE (pictured above), said that the news marked an exciting time for the broker, following its first year of trading.
