FIBA TV launches with a series of lender interviews

The Financial Intermediary & Broker Association (FIBA) has launched FIBA TV with a series of interviews featuring specialist lenders.

The trade body has revealed that the first three lender interviews — which can be found on the FIBA website — will be prefaced by Adam Tyler, executive chairman at FIBA (pictured above), who will explain FIBA’s ethos as well as its plans for the future.

The first lenders to take part are Precise Mortgages, Roma Finance and Bridging VAT.

“We want to make the experience of being a FIBA member as immersive as possible and setting up FIBA TV gives us a brand new opportunity for our members to learn more about our partners, their philosophy and pinpoint those areas where they feel they have something special to offer,” said Adam.

“This is a resource which will give our members valuable insights into our lenders and which cannot be learnt from sales brochures and marketing material.”

Scott Marshall, managing director at Roma Finance, added: “This new video platform is a tremendous resource for FIBA members to discover more about how to fund property projects.

“They will also be able to see how lenders work and the processes involved in funding for property acquisition, renovation or change of use.”
