The new calculator will provide maximum lending amounts from over 75 BTL lenders.
It includes a specialist portfolio calculator will help brokers work out borrowing amounts for clients with more than four rental properties.
The tool can also be used for one BTL property or for clients with an extensive portfolio, and brokers with clients that have several properties can also import their clients’ portfolio spreadsheets.

Results from the calculator will be presented as a visual overview which can either be printed or transferred into a broker’s client CRM system.
