The Fiducia Group launches new corporate finance division

The Fiducia Group has launched Fiducia Corporate Finance, a bespoke corporate service for debt and equity fundraising for entrepreneurs and companies.

It will operate in the UK, and across European and global markets, both for introductions and placements, and aims to offer advice specialising in equity and debt capital raising, disposals, acquisitions, refinancing, restructuring and corporate strategy.

The division will be headed up by Laurence Goodman, a corporate finance specialist with more than 35 years of experience.

The new service will work alongside other brokers who have high-net-worth and business clients as well as global investment banks, individual investors, family offices, global institutional fund managers, global hedge funds and sovereign wealth funds.

“I am extremely proud to announce we now offer an additional corporate financial service that strengthens our proposition even further,” said Marcus Grimshaw, chief executive at the Fiducia Group (pictured above).

“The Fiducia Corporate Finance division is a natural addition to our long-established commercial finance brokerage and continues to set us apart from our competitors.”

Laurence added: “The opportunities presented by the Fiducia Group are huge as it enters into this new, exciting phase of growth.”
