It will operate in the UK, and across European and global markets, both for introductions and placements, and aims to offer advice specialising in equity and debt capital raising, disposals, acquisitions, refinancing, restructuring and corporate strategy.
The division will be headed up by Laurence Goodman, a corporate finance specialist with more than 35 years of experience.

The new service will work alongside other brokers who have high-net-worth and business clients as well as global investment banks, individual investors, family offices, global institutional fund managers, global hedge funds and sovereign wealth funds.
