Acre Lane Capital launches portfolio bridging loan product

Acre Lane Capital has launched a new portfolio bridging product designed for BTL property investors.

The specialist lender’s new product will be available up to £30m, from 0.65% per month and up to 75% LTV, “subject to appropriate diversity”.

BTL property investors can use the product:

  • to transfer portfolios of BTL residential properties from their individual names into a corporate
  • to aggregate BTL residential properties to create a portfolio to attract pension fund investment
  • in scenarios relating to death, divorce etc
  • to buy a portfolio of properties using bridging finance as interim finance, while putting in place a portfolio BTL mortgage

Ian Wilson, CEO at Acre Lane Capital (pictured above), claimed that the launch of this product allowed large portfolio BTL investors to finance their portfolio with the efficiency and speed of execution that Acre Lane can offer, and at a size that is largely exclusive to banks.

“We know there is demand, and we are looking to complete transactions of significant size.”

Acre Lane announced earlier this year that it planned to grow its loan book by 40% by the end of 2019.
