Belmont Green Finance appoints new CEO and managing director for mortgages

Belmont Green Finance has appointed Anth Mooney as its new CEO, and Louisa Sedgwick (pictured above) as managing director for mortgages at its mortgage brand Vida Homeloans.

Anth previously served at Virgin Money as director of financial services.

He will take up his position in late January, subject to regulatory approval.

Louisa has been promoted to her new role having served as director of sales at Vida Homeloans since its launch in 2016.

She has also recently been appointed as the first ever female chair of the Intermediary Mortgage Lenders Association.

Louisa said: “In just three years, Vida has successfully completed £1.8bn of mortgage lending, and it is an amazing time to take on the managing director for mortgages role as we continue to grow the business.”

Anth added: “I’m excited by the opportunity to work with the senior team to deliver the next stage of Belmont Green’s journey and the further development of Vida’s intermediary-focused lending proposition.”
