Ryan — who joins from Octopus Real Estate, where he was a case manager — will work closely with the specialist lender’s BDMs and report to Oli Greenspan, head of marketing and internal sales.
Prior to his time at Octopus, Ryan worked as a commercial lending officer at Shawbrook Bank.
