The support hub will include the latest product rate, criteria changes and information on how to digest the most recent government guidelines regarding Covid-19.
The hub is available to PRIMIS brokers 24/7 and will be updated by a team of experts.
Clients will also be able to communicate with clients and manage their existing cases through a user interface.

PRIMIS advisers will still have access to Knowledge Bank, allowing them to search over 102,000 different criteria from 200+ lenders.
