Aspen Bridging has been appointed to Beneficial’s specialist mortgage lender panel with immediate effect.

It will assist the network’s 120 independent advisers with both applications and education.

All Beneficial members will have access to Aspen’s introduction technology via a web portal, which gives brokers a decision in minutes on bridging cases.

The bridging lender aims to take most applications from enquiry to completion in three to 10 days.

It will also deliver training on bridging finance with webinars, one-to-one support and eventually broker visits.

Jack Coombs, director at Aspen Bridging (pictured above), said: “Now, more than ever, bridging has a vital role to play in assisting brokers and their customers as a core financial solution to their current plans.

“We will work closely with the Beneficial community to relay this message and meet their needs in a timely manner.”

Jason McDonald, managing director at Beneficial, added: “Aspen Bridging will be well received by our network advisers and we look forward to our future synergistic mutual relationship.”
