The previous auction in April lasted seven hours and featured 115 lots.
Andrew Parker, managing director and auctioneer at SDL Auctions, said: “We are excited to be holding another national property auction, with even more lots than last month.
“We are selling a great range of properties to suit private buyers, investors and developers alike.”
The first lot at the auction is a detached refurbishment bungalow with a guide price of £90,000 in Sutton Coldfield.

SDL has switched its room auctions to monthly national property auctions broadcast live over the internet and has raised over £17m for sellers since the lockdown began.
“It is clear the need to sell property has not diminished during the crisis, and we’re proud to be able to help sellers achieve their aims by providing the certainty of an auction sale.”
Bids can be placed remotely by proxy, by telephone and on the internet for the auction.
