Sirius hires former Pure Funding Solutions director

Sirius Property Finance has bolstered its team with new associate, Craig Hardiman-Scott (pictured above).

Craig has joined the specialist brokerage from Pure Funding Solutions (PFS) where he was a director and joint owner.

Craig had worked with Danny Churchill, director at PFS, for 18 years — running the business as equal partners — and have been friends for 30 years.

He said that the decision to move on was not one that he took lightly.

“Nick Christofi [co-founder at Sirius Property Finance] really caught my attention when he started talking about the opportunities to work together with the team,” Craig commented.

“…After a few meetings with Nick, I was clear that my decision to move, while a difficult one, was 100% right for me.

“I’d like to wish Danny and all of the team at PFS all the very best for the future.

“As one book closes a new one opens — and I can’t wait to start it.”

Nick added: “We are working through a really tough set of circumstances at the moment, which makes it all the more important to have an excellent team who are fully committed to delivering the best solutions for our clients, and we’re delighted that Craig has chosen to join the team at Sirius.

“He has such an impressive track record and is really well respected both within the industry and among clients.

“It’s another example of Sirius Property Finance going from strength to strength with the recruitment of some of the most experienced and expert individuals in the sector.”

In November 2019, Sirius expanded its London and Manchester teams with the appointment of Charlotte Stanford and Gary Smale as advisers.

In early March this year, Brightstar Financial announced that Sirius Property Finance would move from being a wholly-owned subsidiary of Brightstar to a majority owned business as part of the Brightstar Group, following an investment by Nick — who now has a significant interest in Sirius.

The brokerage moved to larger offices in the City of London and Manchester in October last year, with plans to add to its team with “like-minded people”.
