Catalyst launches PROC-tober initiative with 2.5% proc fees

Catalyst Property Finance has launched its new ‘PROC-tober’ initiative for intermediaries.

The lender will pay an enhanced 2.5% proc fee for all new, formal bridging finance enquiries submitted in October 2020, that fund before the winter break (18th December 2020).

In addition, Catalyst will donate to Hope For Food — a charity local to the lender — as each PROC-tober loan closes.

The scheme is open to existing and new, professional intermediaries, and previous submitted enquiries do not qualify.

More information about the initiative can be found in the lender’s PROC-tober guide.

Chris Fairfax, CEO at Catalyst Property Finance (pictured above), said: “Over 2020, Catalyst has been in the incredibly fortunate position to continue to grow our lending book and our market share.

“Now, we want to encourage new intermediaries who have yet to try the Catalyst experience to do so and, of course, we want to give an extra autumn boost to our existing and valued intermediary partners.

“PROC-tober is an initiative designed to encourage more brokers to experience the Catalyst way of lending and to raise money for a very worthy cause.”
