The borrower was looking to secure funding through a capital raise on a recently purchased detached residential asset in Surrey, after some issues with the title were mitigated.
Prabhat Talwar, senior underwriter at Aspen, handled the case from start to finish, and Leigh Haigh of Fieldfisher LLP was responsible for legals.
The case was introduced by Romit Patel, associate director at LDN Finance.

The facility was agreed at 72% LTV on the lender’s first-charge light refurb, at a 0.49% rate for the first five months of the 10-month term agreed.
