Matt Rogers joins Century Capital

Century Capital has appointed Matt Rogers (pictured above) as a business development manager.

In his new role, Matt will continue to build on the lender’s reputation and aims to significantly increase transaction flow into the business.

He joins the company from Tuscan Capital, where he worked as head of business development.

Prior to this, he held positions at various specialist finance firms, including Omni Capital (now known as Fortwell Capital), where he worked with Century Capital’s CEO, Paul Munford.

Commenting on his appointment, Matt said: “Century Capital has made great progress and has a strong and well-balanced loan book specialising in prime property.

“I am pleased to work with the company as it continues its ambitious journey of growth and digital transformation as part of a business that always puts the customer at the heart of its decision-making process.”

Paul added: “This is an important time for Century Capital as we enter into a new stage of sustained growth.

“Matt joining will bolster the existing team and build on the substantial success of the company in the bridging space to date.

“Matt brings with him a wealth of experience in the finance sector which, along with his network, will be invaluable to our business.”

The announcement follows the recent appointments of Ian Axe as non-executive chairman and Simon Golesworthy as group financial director.
