Bridging & Commercial will be hosting its next virtual roundtable at 11am on Wednesday, 13th October, in partnership with MS Lending Group.

The interactive event, which is part of a series launched earlier this year, will be moderated by Medianett’s editor, Beth Fisher.

The topic will be: ‘How the plight of surveyors is impacting the bridging lending market’.

MS Lending Group’s managing director, Michael Stratton, and lending manager, Michael Street, will be joined by Daniel Owen-Parr, managing director at VAS Audit; Aaron Noone, sales and operations director at Master Private Finance; Meir Peer, property finance broker at Redi Finance; and Adam Klein, property finance broker at Atlas Property Finance.

The panellists will discuss what differences they are seeing in terms of valuations in certain sectors and areas, and how this is impacting the available finance for these assets, as well as what the common pain points are that brokers, borrowers, lenders and valuers themselves are experiencing when it comes to the valuation process.

They will also share their views on how brokers, borrowers and lenders can help alleviate pressure from valuers and speed up the process.

Registration is open and free to attend by all professionals working in the sector.

The panel will be taking questions during the event and attendees are encouraged to get involved.

It will also be available to watch after 13th October on B&C.
