B&C is proud to announce the shortlist of nominees for the 2015 Bridging & Commercial Awards.
It is that time of the year again where key players of the industry have been shortlisted to stand a chance of winning one of the industry’s most prestigious titles.
A longlist of the top ten nominees in each category has been assessed by the major lenders and brokers in the bridging, commercial and development finance markets. This has left only five of the most deserving members in each category.
This shortlist features those nominated for this year’s new categories, ‘Best Development Finance Broker Award’ as well as ‘Marketing Campaign of the Year’.
Regentsmead is in for the running to regain its title as Development Lender of the Year after winning it for three consecutive years prior to 2014.
Positive Commercial Finance, Finance 4 Business, SPF Short Term Finance, Enness private Clients and Crystal Specialist Finance have all made the cut in this year’s inaugural Best Development Broker category.
Hope Capital has also been shortlisted for Bridging Newcomer after being highly commended for the same award last year, facing tough competition from Roma Finance, Mint Bridging, Aldermore Bank and Adapt Finance. Adapt’s Stephen Burns is also up for the Personality of the Year Award.
2014’s Bridging Lender of the Year Lancashire Mortgage Corporation has been shortlisted again this year, coming up against fellow nominees United Trust Bank, Masthaven Bridging Finance, Amicus, MTF and 2013’s winner, Dragonfly Property Finance.
The shortlisted nominees will be examined by a separate judging panel in the final judging phase on May 21st.
The names of the winners will be kept a closely-guarded secret until this year’s awards ceremony- A Tale of Arabia held at The Hurlingham Club on June 11th .
The rules for the awards process can be read here.
