Cheshire Mortgage Corporation is pleased to announce its addition to the lending panel of Praxis Mortgages.
Praxis launched in 1994 as one of the first packagers operating in the non-standard mortgage market. The firm now operates a panel of over 20 lenders, and has expanded its operations to provide brokers with a comprehensive range of products including commercial mortgages, bridging finance, buy to let mortgages and secured loans.
Cheshire Mortgage Corporation is the ‘all status’ residential lending division of Blemain Group, an organisation with over 30 years experience in the provision of non-mainstream mortgage products. The firm provides regulated mortgage contracts, owner-occupied semi-commercial mortgages and bridging finance for borrowers with unlimited arrears and CCJs. All property types are catered for, including shared ownership and non-standard constructions. All income sources are also accepted, including self-certification and DSS benefits.
Commenting on the partnership between the two firms, Gary Bailey, Director of Cheshire Mortgage Corporation, said:
“We are delighted to be working in partnership with Praxis. Cheshire Mortgage Corporation will complement and add value to what is already a strong panel containing some of the most respected names in the non-mainstream lending industry. Our innovative products will open up new opportunities for their brokers and help them to increase their business volumes with Praxis.”
Speaking on behalf of Praxis Mortgages, Dudley Aldous, Sales Director, said:
“At Praxis we are always, in these times of difficult liquidity, looking for new partners with the same goals as ourselves. We are delighted to be given the opportunity of distributing the Cheshire Mortgage Corporation products and look forward to a strong relationship between the two companies over the coming months. These products allow mortgages on difficult properties and unlimited adverse, and we feel this, coupled with our procuration fee guarantee, provides our brokers with yet more niche areas.”
