Brokers urged to book now for Commercial Finance Expo

.

The National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers (NACFB) has announced that plans for its Commercial Finance Expo are getting well under way, with over 50 exhibitors, 350 delegates and 13 firms already confirmed for the June 30th event.

Within 24 hours of the expo’s website going live, 150 delegates signed up, with the NACFB attributing the rapid response to a gap in the market for this kind of specialist event.

At least 30 of the stands will be held by active commercial lenders, and some of these will be bringing underwriters along in case brokers want to talk through any tricky deals on the day.

As well as the larger high street lenders, smaller specialist firms, lessors, factors and invoice discounters are lined up to attend, as well as commercial mortgage lenders.

Chief Executive, Adam Tyler, commented: “This will be the event for the commercial finance industry this year, and anyone operating in this market should definitely come along.

“There is still a lot of uncertainty for our industry and even more so for the country at the moment, but we want to make this event a success, so that we can run it again next year. We have over 350 delegates registered for the day, but I would like to see around 500.”

The event is set to take place on Wednesday the 30th of June at the Pavilion at the NEC in Birmingham.

Adam continued: “This date does not clash with any World Cup games, I checked long before I booked the NEC…”
