RL360° Online Services enables financial advisers to sell the firm’s Quantum savings policy direct from a desktop, avoiding the need for courier costs.
Once a policy has been issued the client will automatically have access to all policy documentation via an online service centre.
Despite being online the service still requires a ‘wet’ signature, which can be scanned into the system from a hard copy.
The system also features a built-in smart validation feature which will alert advisers to missed or incorrectly completed fields.
Isle of Man-based RL360° ran a pilot for several months in order to test and refine the service.
A tablet app version with the capacity to accept digital signatures is set to be launched later this year.
