Instead of brokers having to fill out numerous DIP forms for every lender they go to when applying for short term finance, they now have the option to fill out the universal Quick DIP form found on Bridging & Commercial, and we’ll do the legwork of sending it to our bridging partners and make sure you get a response within a day.
The lender will then contact the broker in question with their intent to process the application.
