Leading UK bridging specialist Affirmative and Mortgage Times are working together to help grow business for both parties under a new agreement. The collaboration will have benefits all round.
It is aimed at finding solutions for intermediaries in this current uncertain market place by allowing intermediaries direct access to underwriters to talk through transactions. The aim is to be proactive, allowing transactions to be structured prior to formal submission.
Affirmative Director Gary Lederberg said: “There are benefits all round to this agreement and we’re sure the brokers will see the more tangible effects soon.”
Richard Stokes, Director of Product and Lender Development at Mortgage Times, said: "We have been enormously impressed with Affirmative's pro-active approach to raising the awareness of the benefits of bridging finance within our membership.
“We strongly believe that fluidity in product construction as it gives our brokers the control they need to be able to bespoke terms for their clients needs and the arrangement we have with Affirmative allows just that."
"Rapid service is also paramount in this sector, and we are delighted to advise the products may now be accessed on a 'packaged' or 'direct-to-Affirmative basis' depending on our brokers preference."
Affirmative is a market leading lender in the UK bridging market and has an in-house legal team which helps to ensure that completion deadlines are met.
