Complete unveils new online DIP facility for brokers


Complete Mortgage and Loan Services (Complete) has launched a new DIP online facility that enables brokers to submit mortgage cases for packaging online. Brokers can submit a DIP online for Complete to respond electronically providing the potential options. The DIP can be tracked on BORIS, Complete’s case tracking system powered by Dashboard. Brokers can then choose one of the three options and go on to fill in the full application without the need to re-key information they have already provided. The system allows brokers to produce printable copies for their own records whilst Complete immediately commences work on the packaging process.

In addition to accessing the online DIP via Complete’s website ( brokers can submit a full application online via Trigold’s ETC platform. This means they can source the product and, without having to re-key information, submit the case directly into Complete’s back office system. This saves both the broker and Complete a substantial amount of time and creates the certainty that the case is worked on much sooner. Applications submitted via Trigold and directly through Complete’s website can be transmitted electronically on to lenders who have online integration with Trigold.

The new DIP facility is available to all registered users on the Complete website and the generic mortgage application form is acceptable to all of Complete’s panel lenders.

Mike Hill, director of Complete, explains the benefits to brokers: “We are able to work on the mortgage application immediately without waiting for a form in the post or a fax, which could save the broker and applicant days. The online DIP also saves us time by removing the need to re-key the details on our system as the broker has already done this. Brokers know we have received the application as soon as they submit the details online saving any possible delays by post, and progress can be tracked immediately using BORIS our case tracking facility. This development is one of a number of initiatives we have taken to improve Complete’s service and products to our introducers along with Complete Debt Solutions and Complete Utility Switching.”
