Besmir Gjini will join the short-term property finance lender after gaining several years of bridging finance experience as a broker.
Besmir started his career at Enterprise Finance, where he worked closely with principal lenders in progressing transactions and oversaw the whole deal process.
Zuhair Mirza, principal at Avamore Capital, said he was delighted that Besmir had joined the lender at an exciting stage of its growth.

Avamore currently provides loans to property traders, property developers, property investors and other property entrepreneurs with loan sizes between £0.5m and £5m.
