The bridging lender is offering Bridging & Commercial readers rates of under 1% per month on all loans issued in November when the borrower or broker quotes “B&C” when applying.
Bridging Funding will also be donating £100 per completed case during November to the Movember Foundation.
The Movember Foundation is aimed at promoting men’s health and preventing early deaths caused by prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health problems and suicide.
Hersh Patel of Bridging Funding said that the state of men’s health was in crisis.
“Men experience worse longer-term health than women and die on average six years earlier.
“Prostate cancer rates will double in the next 15 years and testicular cancer rates have already doubled in the last 50.
“Three-quarters of suicides are men.
“Poor mental health leads to half a million men taking their own life every year.
“That’s one every minute.”
