The PROPS Awards will be celebrating its silver anniversary as it honours those operating within the property industry as well as raising vital funds for charity.
The event takes place on Tuesday 23rd May at London Hilton on Park Lane and gets underway from 11.45am.
Michael Dean, principal at Avamore Capital, is on the committee responsible for organising the event, and is helping to sell tables and tickets, procure raffle prizes and nominate potential winners.
Michael is also involved in the decision making process on the theme and running order of the event.
The awards span a wide range of categories from property lender of the year to development of the year and recognises individuals and companies who have excelled in the industry throughout the year.

Previous winners include Tony Pidgley CBE, Gerald Ronson CBE and Sir William McAlpine.
The awards ceremony will be raising funds for Variety, the Children’s Charity to purchase electric wheelchairs for sick, disabled and disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.
"We raise huge amounts of money for Variety," explained Michael.
"Last year we raised over £400,000, which will go towards providing wheelchairs to disadvantaged disabled children.
"That alone is a great reason [to come]."
Since 1992, the PROPS have raised over £9m and funded more than 2,000 custom-made electric wheelchairs.
