while David Coleman will represent the distributor in north London and East of England.

The pair will join Joe Aston, who was recruited as the business development manager for the Midlands and North West of England by Vantage in January this year.

Meanwhile, Sashi Butcher has become business development manager for west London and the South West.

All four will report to Jonathan Daniels, national sales director at Vantage, who said the distributor has ambitious growth plans following private equity firm Chiltern Capital’s purchase of a minority stake in the business.

“We know how important face time is for brokers dealing with clients day-in, day-out and also how valuable having access to a dedicated case manager can be when cases need to be processed quickly.

“The whole team is looking forward to getting out and meeting brokers who think Vantage could complement the service they offer their clients.”

David joins from V12 Finance where he was responsible for generating revenue in excess of £1m and has also held roles with Omni Capital Retail Finance, Money Debt & Credit, Loans Etc and Loan.co.uk.

Gina has served at Heineken, while Joe joins from recruitment firm Hays.

Sashi has held a number of roles managing client relationships at major banks including Allied Irish Bank, Barclays and HSBC.
