Each billboard is targeted to a specific area and introduces the bank’s representatives in locations such as Glasgow, Leeds and Manchester.
The move comes on the back of a 228% surge in the bank’s home finance completions earlier this year.
- Islamic bank to waive admin fee for refinance customers
- Crowdfunding platform becomes Sharia-certified
- Demand for Islamic finance at all-time high, bank reports
Ben Collins, senior marketing manager of Al Rayan Bank, said: “We’re committed to making Sharia-compliant home and property finance as accessible as possible throughout the UK.
“…We have launched this campaign to build upon the increased interest that we have seen in our products in recent months.”
Al Rayan Bank hopes the billboards will help to establish the profile of its representatives in their local communities.
The campaign will run until the week commencing 5th June, the middle of Ramadan.
Ben added: “Ramadan is the perfect time to raise awareness, as Muslims use this period as an opportunity for self-evaluation and to contemplate their faith.”
