The expo starts at 9.30am on 21st June in Hall 3a at the NEC in Birmingham and is being sponsored by Shawbrook Bank.
This year’s CFE will feature a new style of conference with panels tackling the topics the NACFB thinks are most crucial to commercial finance brokers.
“In our conference theatre, we expect lively debate and plenty of disagreement, and we will also be dishing out good advice, so attendees should come along to as many of these conferences as they can to get the most out of the day,” said the NACFB.
Chris Hills from Investec will lead the first presentation at 10.30am which will cover Brexit and look at the prospects for UK growth, inflation and interest rates over the next two years.
The NACFB will then provide an update on its progress during the past year.

This will be followed by a discussion on the changing face of buy-to-let in which the NACFB will be looking at how tax changes will impact landlords and how those changes will reshape the lending landscape.
From 1.30 there will be a panel debate looking at what is so special about specialist lending featuring representatives from NatWest, Lloyds and Investec taking on their counterparts at Funding Circle, Amicus and Nucleus.
The final session will see the NACFB invite the audience to ask themselves whether their office meets professional standards.
This will focus on compliance and the launch of NACFB Compliance Services, which has given the Association a unique perspective on what’s really going on in brokers’ offices.
The full CFE conference schedule can be viewed on the NACFB website.
