Avamore names new senior BDM

Avamore Capital has announced the appointment of Francesca Woodhouse as a senior business development manager.

With 10 years of experience in banking, Francesca brings knowledge of business banking, credit management and private client services to the bridging and development finance lender.

The former private banking manager started her career at HSBC before being approached by Clydesdale Bank and moving to the lender’s business and private banking office in Oxford.

Francesca then took a credit manager role in Birmingham before being offered the position of private banking relationship manager in London.

Michael Dean, principal at Avamore Capital, said it was delighted to have hired someone with Francesca’s experience and felt her background and existing relationships would make a strong fit.

“We have extremely high hopes for Francesca and would encourage introducers, brokers and borrowers to reach out to her to assist you with their requirements.”

Explaining why she moved, Francesca said: “Avamore Capital is a fast-growing and exciting platform for short-term property lending, which has established an excellent track record in providing development, refurbishment and bridging loans to a wide variety of property developers, investors and entrepreneurs.”

Looking to the future, Michael noted: “Adding someone such as Francesca to the team will enable us to achieve our stated aim of lending £100m by the end of 2018, particularly as her network should yield bigger transactions.

“Additionally, we have a further hire joining us at the end of the month, with further room for high-quality individuals.”
