Prior to joining the bridging and development finance lender, Erica served at Close Brothers having started her career in tax consulting at Deloitte LLP, where she provided tax consultation services to international assignees.
Erica has a BSc in business management from Southampton University and an MSc in real estate from Cass Business School.
She said: “I am very much looking forward to joining Avamore Capital at such an exciting time of accelerated progression and playing an instrumental part in the team.”
