Another week and another Dragons’ Den story, and this time it’s driven by short and medium term lender Drawbridge Finance.
Bridging and Commercial can exclusively reveal that the London-based lender funded a Knightsbridge property on Trevor Street; the first completed property by Hamilton Bradshaw Real Estate, owned by entrepreneur and dragon, James Caan.
The stunning property is to be unveiled today after Mr Caan joined forces with Kam Babaee of K10 Developments to launch Hamilton Bradshaw Real Estate (HBRE).
K10 Developments Ltd is a high-end property developer in central London. Commenting on the launch, Mr Caan said: “The central London property market is separate from the rest of the country and at the moment there are simply not enough luxury turn key properties on the market.”
CEO of Drawbridge Finance Jonathan Samuels described the team at HBRE as being a pleasure to work with, “they have ambitious plans and we look forward to being part of their growth story,” he said.
The company will target properties ‘within a five minute taxi ride from Knightsbridge’ which represent ‘aspirational London living’.
Hamilton Bradshaw Real Estate is currently working on their first development acquisition which is valued at over £20m.
HBRE has also secured equity for future investments and are proactively looking to invest £100m+ over the next two years.
The company hopes to provide investors with exceptional value by identifying, acquiring, refurbishing and executing investment in what it believes to be an undervalued residential property market.
