Keystone joins Julian Harris' mortgage panel

Keystone Property Finance has joined the Julian Harris Adviser Network mortgage panel.

Appointed representatives of the network can now access Keystone’s classic range of fixed term and tracker buy-to-let mortgages, available to individuals, SPVs and limited companies.

Phil Riches, head of sales of Keystone, said: “We are delighted to be joining the mortgage panel of Julian Harris Network.

“We are confident that the products within our classic range will prove popular with members looking to place complex buy-to-let deals for their clients.”

Julian Harris, CEO of Julian Harris Adviser Network, added: “Following requests from our members, we are pleased to announce that we now have access to the specialist services offered by Keystone Property Finance”.

Keystone offers the use of KASS – an online submission system – and provides MyKeystone, an online case-tracking facility.

Keystone recently announced it would be increasing the procuration fee paid to brokers on its classic range.

From 1st October 2017, the specialist lender will increase the fee by 10 basis points.
