Mint Bridging opens new office in MediaCityUK

Mint Bridging has confirmed that its entire sales and business development team has relocated to MediaCityUK in Salford.

The Cheshire-based bridging lender revealed that the office expansion had already paid off after generating its highest number of completions in one month since it was founded in 2011.

Mint’s six-strong team – led by head of sales Sinead Moynihan (pictured above) – moved to its new offices after experiencing new broker enquiries in Bristol, Bath, London and the North West.

Mint explained that the move to MediaCityUK provided it with faster, direct rail and motorway access for its business development managers to set up more face-to-face meetings with brokers and borrowers.

MediaCityUK located in Salford Quays is also home to the BBC

“We knew we needed to expand our office capacity to accommodate this new wave of broker enquiries,” said Sinead.

“Even though having two offices for a small business is rare, it was decided that the sales team move to Salford in order to grow the company.

“This investment has already paid off.”

Mint revealed that since the move, the enquiry to conversion ratio had jumped by 40%.

“Between our new sales office and the headquarters in Altrincham, we have streamlined our internal correspondence to operate like clockwork.

“Everyone in the company is extremely happy with how this new set up has instantly resulted in such a rapid number of completions from new brokers.”

Joining Sinead at Mint’s MediaCityUK offices are: Jordon Catto, Steven Bowes, Connor Hornby, Max Herman and Kate Busuttil.
