Emma will be joining from Amicus, where she has spent over six years as head of redemptions and in-house counsel, playing a key role in growing the lender from its inception.
Emma will be working at Amicus until the end of September before joining Octopus.
The announcement comes as Octopus looks to continue its growth and support its commitment to enhancing its client service offering.
The news follows the hiring of Nick McAuliffe as chief operating officer, Holly Harvey as head of marketing and Matt Foley as development credit manager for the residential development team.
