Martine has been with the lender for two years as its sales and marketing director, which she will continue to oversee as part of her expanded role within the business.
Before joining Catalyst, Martine held senior roles at Aldermore, Hitachi Capital and Barclays.
Martine will now be working alongside other board members as well as Stuart Fraser, CEO of Catalyst.

“Since Martine’s arrival into the business a little over two years ago, we have experienced significant growth and have become one of the leading providers of alternative short-term funding,” claimed Stuart.
“Her knowledge and experience of the market has been invaluable to me and the business and her appointment to the board will ensure we continue to utilise these skills further.
