Ross has joined the specialist finance distributor from Enterprise Finance, where he was also a business development manager.
He brings with him 13 years of experience in sales and has previously served at NatWest, where he won the bank’s ‘South West Sales Award’ three years in a row.
At Black Book Finance, Ross will be serving and developing the distributor’s growing introducer base, which currently stands at over 500.
“Black Book has set out to achieve new service and proposition benchmarks, so our recruitment process has to be highly selective,” said Michael Clapper, executive chairman at Black Book Finance.

“For us, Ross ticked every box.
“He is smart, professional and brings great enthusiasm for our plans, along with a deep understanding of both the finance sector and introducer relations.”
Since launching last year, the distributor has partnered with West One Loans and appointed a former Brightstar director to lead its white-label service.
“Black Book’s proposition is by far the most comprehensive I’ve seen in our industry, with almost every type of finance requirement catered for on either an introducer-advised or referred basis,” said Ross.
“I have no doubt that brokers will love our service proposition and use it often.
“Add to that Michael’s well-known track record of success, and I jumped at the chance to join their team.
“I’m excited to now play a key role in Black Book’s inevitable long-term success.”
